Sounds like a pop up ad for some kind of anti-spyware to me. I don't know of any legitimate programs that would specifically state that someone has been watching "porn". Usually those pop ups are just scams used to scare users into buying their spyware software. Or worse yet, their viruses. I would adjust your pop up blocker and if you still see the messages don't click on them. Just delete them or ignore them.

That's most likely a pop-up ad. Don't pay attention to it, it's just trying to scare you into installing spyware.

But to prevent your computer from being compromised, I would suggest you keep Windows updated. Go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and see if anything needs updating.

I would also recommend you ditch Internet Explorer and switch to Mozilla Firefox. It's a much better Web browser and very easy to customize. Because Internet Explorer is the most popular Web browser, it's the browser that's the most attacked. An exploit in the browser will have thousands of hackers trying to exploit it. Firefox is a much better browser in all aspects. You can get it here: http://www.getfirefox.com
