I know what you mean...No we actually don't need a reason...BUT AT WORK WE BETTER HAVE A GOOD REASON. OTHERWISE IT IS THE AX!!!!SOME REASONs are better than others...it is the same as EXPLANATIONS...adults tell us we don't need to explain...BUT PEOPLE TRY TO FORCE YOU TO EXPLAIN...WHAT GIVES??? WHEW!!!i GUESS just say..."I'd rather not explain"....that's all!!!
