I know they are all sold out and i obviously do not wan to go on e bay and spend too much money. So how long do you think i have to wait until they are available.

i work at best buy... sony released like 300,000 for friday and will only be releasing another 300,000 from now till xmas... and there is no schedule on when any place will get them... on opening day we got 32.... and 8 hours later 6 more came in that random people bought that didnt even plan on buying them... they just got lucky while shopping. But my store, which is quite a busy one, will get 36 from now till xmas... and that is concidered alot... and by the way... the price wont be expected to go down for a long .. long time... it is actually costing sony to sell the ps3s.. the retail for about 800... they are apparently supposed to make a prophit through the games.. after xmas they should be a little easier to get

I'd probably say a good 2 weeks until they are in stock again

wait another two weeks, try to get onto the waiting lists so that they will notify you immediately when they get some in stock. Trust me, they will notify you, i did it at ebgames.
