I opened my email almost an hour ago to check it and Norton has been scanning incoming mail ever since. I just checked it and although its still scanning there are pictures I opened in an email yesterday that are HUGE! they weren't huge yesterday and I only noticed because I was going to save them. What should I do?

Disable Norton then reboot and see if it comes back okay.

Hope that helps.

I personally would quit using Norton, or at least tone down your settings. Norton sucks MAJOR computing power. Upgrade your email to maybe Gmail if you can, and try our McAfee. All virus protection and sorts takes computing power, but I find that I really like McAfee and it does a good job and doesn't slow my computer down.
