I would guess that it's very minor spotting -- probably your uterus has a layer of blood building in preparation for your first period, and that just a teeny bit of it. The milky discharge is the second half of the ovulation cycle, and perfectly normal. Itchy discharge, however, is not normal and can be treated easily so visit the doc for that. Bit of trivia: It's believed that you need to have at least 15% body fat to begin ovulating, and many girls reach 15% at around 105 lbs.

It sounds to me like your body is preparing for you to get your period. If you do not get it by the time you are 15 have your mom take you to the Gynecologist.
