Sorry, you're going to have to be a bit more specific than that. Electromagnetics is a rather broad subject.

Do u mean electro magnetic waves ? EM waves

or magnetic fields caused by electric current?

Nope - and that's not a sarcastic answer.

Scientists and physicists (including Faraday) know quite a bit about the characteristics, interactions and strength of magnetic fields - but no one to date knows what they actually are.

Consider it just a phenomenon, I guess.
