if the attention that this question is getting is any indication, she will certainly inspire a lot of strong feelings on both sides and will make things interesting. Personally, i think she would make an excellent President.

Hillary is great, but she will never win a national election because..1. This country is not ready for a woman President, most polls say that 36 to 40 percent will not vote for a woman at all. 2. She will be carved up by the Republican attack dogs. 3.She is not an exciting speaker, people need to be inspired to get out the vote.

Were it possible for the democratic party to win with Hillary as their candidate, I would very much like to see her in office. However, since it isn't likely that we would win, I'm not sure that I favor her.

Hillary is a coattail politician, off of her husband. If the Democrats have any realistic expectations of winning in 08' they need to choose a more centrist candidate or they will loose for sure. Like someone said before if It's Hillary then the Republicans win in a slam dunk. So many Dem, independants and Rep will vote just to vote against her.

Even though she is too conservative for me, I still plan to support her 110%.
My reasons are because of her dedication to the Pay As You Go budget system that Bill used to balance the budget, her having the enormous advantage of Bill's foreign diplomacy advice right on hand and healthcare reform.
You know what I find funny but very sad... ppl jump on the anti-Hillary bandwagon and say things like only stupid ppl would vote for her, she is a liberal, etc... The thing is: if you ask anyone of those ppl WHY they don't like Hillary, they will not have one viable reason. They just don't like her... that is what I find sad. If ppl knew her politics, they would be amazed at how much of a centrist she is which is what the country is wanting in politics today.

I can think of ten reasons without trying about why Bush should never have been voted president. I don't hate him, I don't blame him for anything it's just that he is who he is and he can only act with his limited knowledge.
I can equally think of ten reason why Hillary Clinton would be an exemplary President(ess?) or at least not as embarrassing as Bush.
Least of all her support of her husband who was not always the most responsible person ever. I think she will return decency to the Presidentship and I hope she returns true progressive politics tot he world's most powerful contient, but one that needs her all the same.

I think she would make an excellent president, she is a strong, intelligent woman that is not afraid to stand up for what she believes in. She would have an excellent adviser in her husband, the last legally elected president and also the most successful at running the country in over 40 years.

'Who' here 'favours'........should be the right way to question......
I would vote for Obama. He is charismatic, thinks clear and has said the things that public would love to hear. He is a good politician. His first term in Senate should not be viewed as a deterrent. His ability shines thru.
