I mean if the turkey is killed by someone in anyway after the Turkey was Pardon by the president. There has been a turkey pardoned every year since Harry Truman something has to have happened to one of them, well what happens to the person?

It dies shortly thereafter. All the previously pardoned turkeys are long-since deceased. They always bring extra turkeys because farm-bred turkeys like those big fat whites have a life-span that ends right about the time they reach adulthood so having "the turkey" drop dead waiting for the ceremony is a real possibility.
