I started using Johnsons holiday skin tannig lotion and i want to get out on the sun to sun tan....can you do the both at the same time???

Yes, but remember that your self-tanning product won't protect your skin from any kind of damage. It is NOT the same as having a base tan. You'll still need to use a sunscreen.

Yes you can but remember you may get a different type of color from tanning then from a fake lotion and the sun has no protection from uvb rays so use lotion to protect you from burning...

It does both, but check the SPF rating of it before going into the sun.
