What are the stickers the players receive on the OSU Helmets? Are the leaves? Weeds? Plants of some sort?? Also, how do they earn one of those stickers??

Buckeye leaves.... it's our state tree!
They get a sticker as a reward for a great play or leadership.

The stickers are buckeye leafs. Players get the stickers for making big plays depending on that players position, i.e. td's, yards, tackles, sacks.....
