Well you could Ph makes the same linguistic sound as F in english but Fabiana looks more Spanish...I guess it just comes down to preference....same name either way

You could spell Fabiana "VIZQTUSF" and still pronounce it Fabiana, but of course you wouldn't want to do that. It would look REALLY weird if you spelled it "Phabiana," since your native language is Spanish. I know Spanish, and knowing how an "h" is pronounced in Spanish, I think this spelling is messed up. Sorry.

My uncle had the same problem but I would go with whichever name the baby likes best. My mom did this with me. Say both the names at different times. Which ever one the baby makes a sound to is the one you pick. Hope this helps.

Ph in english is pronounced F. You can use Ph if you would like. It would be like the name Phoebe which is pronounced Feebe.
