2000 Blazer seat problem.?

I have leather seats and for some reason (not fuse related) the heat on the passanger side of the seats doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I would suggest checking ebay. The seats for the Blazers are going dirt cheap. I just picked up a whole interior for under $500.
