I just don't get it! I mean, is it just me, or are they the ones that are causing all the trouble in this country?
Here in Atlanta, there is a certain store owner who is Arabic who my Dad overheard him saying he wished he had been apart of 9/11! Two weeks ago, the store sign has in big bold letters "God Bless America, Pray For Peace!" WTF???

So what? He has the right to say what he wants, and he knows he'll attract customers with that sign. When we say that we are the land of the free, we do not say that we are the people that are free, the elite that are free. You do not truly believe in the greatness of freedom if you steal it away from others. The rights we outline as americans are the rights we determine all human beings deserve.
And just as a side note, do you know how much this resembles an argument like "why do black people have rights! white people made this country and only we should have those rights!"

While I agree it seems illegal immigrants have many rights may I remind you all of our families were immigrants.
That is what made this country great.
Also the immigrants who are coming from poor countries that want a better life for their children and work hard for the opportunity are the ones who can't become citizens or visa's
But the ones with money who blew up the twin towers are sent visa's in the mail.

That's a million $ ?
I like everybody..and have no problem with anyone. But if we go to their country we don't get the same rights do we? Why do we let them get all the tax breaks and free medical but we can't get them? Seems like somebody screwed up in a big way to me. I am not saying they don't have the right to be here. But earn what you get the same way we do!

No, they are not the cause of problems in our nation. There is no problem, everything is cool, the gov't just wants to spread fear so they can bloodsuck the taxpayers. Wake up. Everythings cool were i'm at, and beautiful, and positve. Its misplaced anger being blamed at others to compensate the void you all have in your lives.

because some human rights just can't be denied just because they are here illegally. However, they are not offered all of the benefits that we are. They can't get financial aid for school. They can't get medicare unless they are pregnant. (there might be a few other circumstances, but i can't remember them).
I understand your anger, especially toward that man in particular, but trust me they don't get everything that we do.

We've been shamed into thinking that we are the monsters of history, and that everyone else in the world just loves peace. They're only mad/angry/violent because of us.
yep, that makes sense to me... :-/

as frustrating as it is sometimes as a true democracy all people deserve to be treated the same. be thankful that we live in a country that people everywhere want to live.
