if you mean like go under a trance and obey someone, you cannot do that to yourself.
if you mean a state in which you are hyper-concentrating and blocking out most external stimuli, try meditation.
if you want to be hypnotized, hire one or go work for them.

i don't think you can 'hypnotise' yourself in the way you mean
but it's probably possible to get the effect you're looking for on yourself through really deep meditation, probably years of it!
