Right before you take a shower do some push-ups then immediately roll over and do sit-ups. Repeat this without breaks at least 2 times, 3 is good. If you have a place that you can do pull-ups go ahead. But the first exercise is a ood one, try to push yourself or you won't be doing much good.

Assuming you're a guy..
You probably don't care much about lower body. You are probably focused on upper body and/or losing weight. If that's the case just do pushups every morning. They're a good overall upper body workout. Also, you could run or do cardio whenever you get a chance.

DONT listen to alucard! if you go to a university, go to the gym there....I would just run on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3-5 times per week, or around a track.
