first... make sure you use proper grammar and syntax while writing... then, you need to write a treatment of your movie and have it copyrighted and protected through the WGA... then start writing it... but... do NOT show anyone it until you have registered it through WGA and copyrighted! anyone can steal your idea if you haven't done that

you mean- I want to write a movie script and what steps should I take to do it.
1.learn proper spelling and gramar; take a writing course
2.keep a journal of ideas and make a second copy for copywrighting- Mail the second copy to yourself registered mail (stamped by post office) then do not open it and put it in a safely in a deposit box. This will provide proof that is your story or idea.
3.Check with a Collage or University film crew students because they will often agree to do a beginers motion picture for less money than proffesionals would charge and work out a contract to do your picture. Hey if the kids that made Blair Witch accomplished it mabey you could too. But for all our sakes make sure you go through step 1!

you all are rude. "Learn english, fix your grammar, etc..." Maybe the guy just missed the "w" on his keyboard. That doesn't make him/ her illiterate. It just makes you look stupid for jumping to conclusions about someone's grammar and english and making assumptions and judgements in connection with their interests.
First off, I would get together with a professional screenwriter or someone that has storytelling experience and can help you seperate your story into scenes. This someone will be able to help you conform to proper screenwriting guidelines. They will be able to help you form an outline to begin your story with. Begin first by searching for screenwriting services over the net or check out your local university for a screenwriting class and ask for intern help. You may have to pay them for the services rendered but they may also ask to be involved with the story as a co writer. If you want to be safe about it, start by mailing yourself an unopened package containing a rough outline of the story. Make sure the package has a postage date stamped on it. This is your "rights" to the story.... almost like a copyright.

Have you ever passed an English class, let alone a screen writing course? You have a long way to go.

Learn to spell and have proper sentence structure would help. Otherwise, you'll never make it past the secretary.
