Made something to eat, then turn the lights down low and quietly start to masticate?

Yes ...i normally masticate at least 3 times a day and never between meals..........great question lol

I have seen this word on here the last few days... And sorry to say, I have no idea what it means......... Now I am on my way to go find out....... UGH!
EDIT: OK I looked it up and yes I do "EAT" food but I don't hold it in my mouth, I swallow it........ Cows chew forever....... I am not a cow! This word sounds dirty........ LOL! And to just chew food and not swallow is gross...
They say we should chew food each bite 20 times then swallow!
