I get my self into alot of trouble or jokes for years to come. In high school i said something retarded, that nickname still is known to me for one reason. I said something at a party a few months ago, and people still give me **** about it. I think it is best in my case to just duck tape my mouth shut after about the third drink, cuz it is filled with all kinds of stuff. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Ok to add to this, I am not a alcoholic, I am in college you do tend to party once in a while. I am a fun drunk, and people know this about me, but it is what I do and say. I tend to talk about all kinds of ****, and ramdom. One time I was camping and some one came out of the bathrooms asking where there tent was (they were also drunk) and i said I don't know but mine is over there. When i am drunk I am no longer shy, is a better way to put it. Are you the same way?

Well, not everyone reacts the same way to booze. I have a friend, who becomes delightfully chatty and comfortable with himself the more he drinks. There are stupid drunks and there are sweet ones. I suppose the trick is figuring out which type you are and responding accordingly.

Yeah, I try not to get drunk any more because I always make a complete a.rse of myself. I usually start telling people all about my ex, and how I'm still in love with him, and what he's like in bed. I can talk for hours. And then I get hiccups, and then I throw up.
Really, I'm more fun sober.

Why not stop drinking instead? You could be well on your way to alcoholism. Look at what happened to Mel Gibson for saying what he did under the influence. "In vino veritas." The truth is spoken when drinking. Get a handle on your drinking now.

how about if you stop after the second drink. the old saying of "liquid courage".
i still say things when sober that i regret. much like i did last night. sometimes when you speak in anger you are venting. the key is to vent or express your anger to the one that made you angry, not to the one who is innocent.
