When you're out in public where there's plenty of hot girls and he makes you feel like you're the only girl around, he's into you. If he cares to listen to what you have to say without cutting you off, and is truly attentive, he may intrigued by your ability to keep his attention and he is interested in knowing how you feel. If he can't keep his eyes off of you, he thinks you're either beautiful, or he's trying to figure out a way to tell you that you have food on your face (j/k):).
