Carrying fear within makes it manifest as a reality, any fear. To know the fear and countless of its forms you can only go within yourself , learn yourself from within...for example you may recognize that simple doubt is a form of fear.To know does not mean to know "about" it, but know "it" To know anything without experiencing that consciously means nothing. To know your enemy consciously means to understand your enemy,to understand your enemy means to forgive your enemy ,to forgive your enemy means to love your enemy and to love your enemy means not to have "enemy" anymore..and definitely love your enemy does not mean to marry it, love has countless of forms.. and if there is no more "enemy" there is a Peace..If there is a Peace there is no more Fear. If there is no more Fear then there is no more false evidence appear real but, instead,T-rue E-vidence A-ppear R-eal.Your first tear of joy experienced. Relief...It is a short formula which if understood is a solution.

Fear is a legimate body response to a dangerous situation. It is a good thing because it makes you wary. It doesn not mean however that you should not pursue the direction you are taking or that you will not succeed at what you are doing. In fact it puts you on a higly precise learning curve. Hence, feel the fear and do it anyway.

Not to be mistaken with worry, a pointless past time.

What is Ablutophobia? Defined as "a persistent, abnormal, and unwarranted fear of washing, bathing, or cleaning", each year this surprisingly common phobia causes countless people needless distress. To add insult to an already distressing condition, most ablutophobia therapies take months or years and sometimes even require the patient to be exposed repeatedly to their fear. We believe that not only is this totally unnecessary, it will often make the condition worse. And it is particularly cruel as ablutophobia can be eliminated with the right methods and just 24 hours of commitment by the phobic individual. Known by a number of names - Ablutophobia, Fear of Washing, and Fear of Bathing being the most common - the problem often significantly impacts the quality of life. It can cause panic attacks and keep people apart from loved ones and business associates. Symptoms typically include shortness of breath, rapid breathing, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and overall feelings of dread, although everyone experiences ablutophobia in their own way and may have different symptoms. . Though a variety of potent drugs are often prescribed for ablutophobia, side effects and/or withdrawal symptoms can be severe. Moreover, drugs do not "cure" ablutophobia or any other phobia. At best they temporarily suppress the symptoms through chemical interaction. The good news is that the modern, fast, drug-free processes of The CTRN Phobia Clinic will train your mind to feel completely different about washing, bathing, or cleaning, eliminating the fear so it never haunts you again. Consider the true cost of living with Ablutophobia. If you are living with ablutophobia, what is the real cost to your health, your career or school, and to your family life? Avoiding the issue indefinitely would mean resigning yourself to living in fear, missing out on priceless life experiences big and small, living a life that is just a shadow of what it will be when the problem is gone. For anyone earning a living, the financial toll of this phobia is incalculable. Living with fear means you can never concentrate fully and give your best. Lost opportunities. Poor performance or grades. Promotions that pass you by. ablutophobia will likely cost you tens, even hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of your lifetime, let alone the cost to your health and quality of life. Now Ablutophobia can be gone for less than the price of a round-trip airline ticket. . What is the cause of Ablutophobia? Like all fears and phobias, ablutophobia is created by the unconscious mind as a protective mechanism. At some point in your past, there was likely an event linking washing, bathing, or cleaning and emotional trauma. Whilst the original catalyst may have been a real-life scare of some kind, the condition can also be triggered by myriad, benign events like movies, TV, or perhaps seeing someone else experience trauma. But so long as the negative association is powerful enough, the unconscious mind thinks: "Ahh, this whole thing is very dangerous. How do I keep myself from getting in this kind of situation again? I know, I'll attach terrible feelings to washing, bathing, or cleaning, that way I'll steer clear in future and so be safe." Just like that ablutophobia is born. Attaching emotions to situations is one of the primary ways that humans learn. Sometimes we just get the wiring wrong. The actual phobia manifests itself in different ways. Some sufferers experience it almost all the time, others just in response to direct stimuli. Everyone has their own unique formula for when and how to feel bad.

very well, but whats the question?

Sorry, I'll be more specific, I referred to knowing and "understanding" fear, you become unafraid, you can not fear in such a case. For example: If you where walking in the bushes and suddenly you see a lion approaching you. You know what the lion is about to do, and it sure as hell is not gonna be a bunch of licking on the face. You know what is going to happen to your body and you know that running will only make you die tiered, there is nothing false about that and I'm sure that the ones that accept their faith will not be afraid and those who don't will.

Hmmm.. people have irrational fears and continue to do so even when presented with the evidence that they are invalid. But.... I was a soldier for 20 years and realize that embracing fear..... that it is a natural human response and most often it is the brain processing information on a subconcious level. That it tells you something about yourself or your situation if approached properly.

the wording of this question makes no sense. fear is one of the most basic of the human emotions. "false evidence appears real" makes no sense either. if someone was pointing a gun at you. you would fear being shot. what part of that situation is false evidence. please do your best to refrain from making yourself appear like a moron.
Gupeter is moron too. being in the military takes away your personality your taught to work as a team "an army of one" no longer an individual believe the military conducts tests on how to break people. how else would they convince a perfectly sane person to want to die

Fear is to the mind as darkness is to night. Although we will venture into the darkness, we dare not go so far as to lose sight of the light. Just as the darkness eventually gives way to light, our fears eventually give way to reason.
