If your family works for a living you are a Republican.
If you family are welfare people, you are a Democrat.
If you are really Gullible, and not too smart, you might let your teacher brainwash you into being a Greenie.
The Greens are freaks. Don't fall for it.
If your teacher is a male, don't allow him to touch you.

sRepublican: Conservatives believe in strict moral positions on
social issues. Little spending for social programs.
They believe in funding the top tier in our economy,
and that in turn will provide for the lower classes.
Demarcate: Liberals believe people are to believe as they
Choose. That the government has no right to tell
you what is right or wrong (within reason of course)
they also believe the wealthy should reward the
lower classes for the labor that put them were
they are.
This is a hard question to answer in a nut shell but here's how you know where you fit in. If your rich you'll want to side with the republicans. Middle Class or under you need to side with the dems.

I assume us politics here therefore,
Republican: have a strong belief in personal responsibility, limited government, and corporate entrepreneurship. It is the more socially conservative and economically libertarian of the two major parties with closer ties to Wall Street and other businesses & weaker ties to labor unions. Political ideology is conservtive center-right. They favor free-market policies supporting capitalism, economic liberalism, and limited regulation.
Green: lacks clear identification with powerful interest groups, and tends to appeal more to a world-view or mindset. The ideology of the Green Parties is mainly formed by environmentalism, ecology and sustainable economics and aimed at developing a sustainable society. Even so, Green Parties are, in general, modern (moderate) left-wing parties. Some of these views include: ⺠a green tax shift that would increase consumption and sales taxes on all resource-intensive items, while reducing income tax and capital gains tax
⺠a cessation of all taxes levied against strictly local production and trade ⺠accounting reform that would probably disadvantage both labour and large investors in favor of smaller investors
Democrats: party advocates civil liberties, social freedoms, equal rights, equal opportunity, and a free enterprise system tempered by government intervention (what economists call a mixed-economy). The party believes that government should play a role in alleviating poverty and social injustice, even if that means a larger role for government and progressive taxation to pay for social services.

I, too, come from a big republican family. Although I love my family,l it is all about money saving with the republicans in power. I have no problems with the Green except that they focus too much on the enivronment and there are other big issues. I am a new democrat as the moderate republican party which I grew up with has changed into a non caring party....no concern about our middle class which is the backbone of our society

Spend some time going through the questions and answers in the politics section of this site. Keep score of the manner in which the questions are answered. I think you will find that the so called Republicans lead the way in "hate" responses. At least on a two to one basis. Do you want to be a part of that hate?

I am referring to the philosophy, not the politicians in the party.
-Republicans believe in the power of the individual. Individuals make this country great.
-Democrats believe in the power of the government. Government makes this country great.
-Green Party despises liberty and lust for governmnet to completely control their lives. They believe in a spectactularly unrealistic ideal of complete accross the board equality that can only be achieve through massive governmnet force. They will never admit this.

In 1936, the federal government published an informational pamphlet on Social Security. It stated:
"…and finally, beginning in 1949, 12 years from now, you and your employer will each pay 3 cents on each dollar you earn, up to $3,000 a year. That is the most you will ever pay."

Ask your Green Party teacher if it is acceptable for the government to tell multi-trillion dollar lies to promote and grow government? When he gives you an answer that is complete nonsense, you will learn all you need to learn about him.

Listen to Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh. Greens are just communists with green as their label. Greens insist on high taxes. Government ownership of all industries, the seizure of all personal guns. The Green acquaintances I have are all to the Left of Vladamir Lennin Himself. They are communists who use the environment as a ruse to fool people like you.

Realist Democrat
Republicans support industries to get EPA rules bent, modified, or outright eliminated....this has a negative impact on the environment .
The Green party (among many other things) is very much pro-environment......this is where they would have a large disagreement.
