If you want to buy a 4GB then it will cost $199 or if you want to buy the 8GB special edition (red) it would cost (8GB)$249 (4GB $199). That's if you want to buy it online. I hope this helps... :)

it depends on where you buy it (might have sales) and how much it holds. it is usually between 150$ and 200$. and its nothing extra to buy a colored one. (im doing some shopping for Ipods myself) i hope iv helped
