Hey everyone. Well, I recently started wearing make-up (I'm 13) and my mascara doesn't really curl my eyelashes well. I want to use an eyelash curler, but my mom doesn't really want me to because she keeps telling me that she once ripped out half of her eyelashes out with an eyelash curler. I really want to use one though, because my mascara always looks kind of clumpy and weird without it. So does anyone know a good eyelash curler for a 13 year old first-timer? Thanks so much.

since your just 13 i would reccomend the Revlon curler or the body shop if you want somthing a bit more pricier the shu eyelash curler is wonderful or the MAC curler. a eyelash curler wont make your mascara less clumpy get a better mascara that doesnt clump or a eyelash comb and comb your lashes thru straight after putting mascara on
if you blast the curler for about 3seconds with a hair dryer let it cool a little bit and curl your lashes BEFORE u add mascara you shouldnt rip any of your eyelashes out

Shu Uemura is supposed to have the best eye lash curlers. I was actually there at Saks today and the lady said their curlers are very highly rated. They also curl your eyelashes without getting that crimped look that cheaper curlers give your eyelashes.

They are all pretty much the same.

I've almost ripped mine out, too...that comes from having wet mascara and using the curler. The eyelashes get stuck to the curler, and...ouch.

i have always used the maybelline eyelash curler. i have tried others, but this one seems to work the best. One thing, make sure to NEVER curl your eyelashes after you have put on mascara; they will break.

Mary Kay, but be careful. Your mom is right.

Revlon is a good one. Its the cheapest and u can find it at a drug store, and it does the job. ( courtesy of my girlfriend.)
