Where I live I would have to answer in this way- they wanna "sag" and they have nothing else to hold it up since the pants are below the butt. A couple of guys learned the origin of sagging and vowed never to sag again. Check it out and spread the word. Gross! They think it looks so "pimp".

Yes I have seen it. Firstly, as a 21yr old woman, it is NOT attractive guys. I would hate to think you eat with those hands afterwards. Secondly, as a mother, I'm with you, if someone was doing this around my son's nursery I would report them. I don't think it is public masturbation, I think it is merely another way to look 'cool'. But guys...it's really not, honestly.

I don't usually answer questions that I don't know the answer to, but this time I will make an exception. I DON"T KNOW, but I wish they would stop. Do they know how it looks? They would have to, wouldn't they? I hope you get a good answer; I will keep checking back.
