THIS IS THE ANSWER FOR UR QUESTION ,SINCE I AM SUDANESE. SUDANESE PEOPLE HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF HOSPITALITY TO THEIR GUESTS. YOU SHOULD NOT BE AWARE OF ANYTHING. JUST HAVE FUN AND ENJOY CHATTING. HANDS SHAKING WITH FEMALE DEPENDS ON THE FAMILY YOU ARE VISITING. SOME MAY DO AND OTHERS MAY DO NOT. JUST DONT BE SHY.

U dont say if u r going to the Sudan or they r coming here.
Be polite, the Sudanese ppl for very polite. If u r going there, remember it's an arab muslim country so if u r female make sure u r covered and dressed respectfully. The men eat first. Apart from that, have fun and enjoy.

Ok i'm not familiar with sudanese customs but i know about arabic customs in general !!!
*They do shake hands & hug when they say hello & goodbye .. but if they are muslims dont shake hands with the women
*maybe you have to take off ur shoes before entering their house (to keep it clean for prayers) they dont enter thier own house with their shoes either.
*Its nice if u take some thing with u as a gift (chocklate, vase, cake, or a toy for the kids , keep it simple ) or dont take anything its up to you.
*dont stay to long unless they show u that they are happy having u for dinner with them.

Read about it... but generally they are nice and friendly people. Remember, don't talk much about women unless they start it. They are very male dominated.
