I have black hair and blue eyes too. I am a makeup artist for Lancome cosmetics. I usually wear earth tones with dark brown or black liner on my eyes and nude lips for everyday. Jennifer Connelly and Angelina Jolie usually do the same. There is so much you can do tho. Sometimes I wear plums or purples on my eyes and that really makes them pop. Also believe it or not, khaki colored or olive green colored shadow makes them show up too. Try 4 mystique (a quad from Lancome). Good LUCK!!!

black eyeliner and mascara are awesome. I wear darker shades of lipstick like cranberry. Stay away from the pinks and stuff like that. Once in a while either put on some smoky gray eyeshadow or a touch of blue. Don't over do it on the blue. The think is to make the make up accentuate your features, not to make you look like a clown.

i would stick to earth tone colors in the fall and winter, and also the smokey eye, because it looks awesome on brunette's and girls with black hair. and maybe some peach to beige colors in the spring and summer. but eye makeup depends alot on the color of your eyes. and since you have blue, browns will make your blue eyes stand out more.

well let me see, I think you should wear blue or gold eye shadow or you could wear both like wear gold on top and blue as the bottom layer it sounds a little odd but it looks cool. and i know you did not ask but if your make up is like that you could wear your hail up in a pony tail and just have your side bangs out (make sure you straighten them ) it looks really good

It depends on your skin tone more than your hair and your eyes. Go with colors close to your skin tone so you don't get the fake orange/tan look. It also has to do with what you are wearing so I'd suggest taking everything into consideration before making a decision.

As natural as possible. You may want to play up your eyes by wearing eyeliner.
