No, not required, but instead expected.
You are not required to wear anything special to an interview, however it is your first and sometimes only chance to make an impression on the company.
Expectations exist such that you should dress a certain way. Dress professionally. Pantyhose over stockings defiantly. Nothing with any pattern and not a bright color. I recommend nude or something that matches well with your skin tone. Nothing with a high shine factor to it as it will draw unwanted attention to your legs. Also, pack an extra pair in your purse in case you get a run in them before the interview.
Good luck, and be confident in your resume!
The better you dress, the more you show your interest in the position you are interviewing for, and the more you show that you respect yourself!

Absolutely yes.
In an interview, the general rule of thumb is to dress for one position higher than that for which you are interviewing. Pantyhose are professional looking and are a must for interviews. Go with a moderate heeled navy pump. Nothing over 2.5-3 inches (depending on your height and shoe size). Stick with nude hose, though ivory or cream would accent the blouse. Navy would look frumpy and any other color (brown, black, etc.) just wouldn't look right and might just be distracting.

To give the best impression wear either pantyhose or thigh high stockings. In the business world it pays to make a great first impression! As for shoes maybe navy colored pumps! Good luck with the interview!

You cannot be at all revealing at a job interview, u need to appear as profesional as possible. In other words be conservative, if u r going to wear a skirt it has to be knee length or longer with solid colored hose, no textured styles either although it's the thing rite now! No opened toe shoes. They have to be work shoes like a formal shoe is okay no bright color play it safe with black pointy shoes with a 2 1/2 inch heel.

I would say yes, It really isn't very professional to be dressed in a business suit and are legs. I wear suits everyday, and always wear stockings. Pantyhose are not my favorite thing so I prefer to wear stockings. Hosiery dosen't have to be pantyhose. Most younger women wear thi highs for work.

I'd say you should wear them. Find some that are a close match to your skin color and wear shoes that closely match the skirt. If I remember correctly, your hose should always be lighter colored than your shoes.

I would stay on the safe side and definitely wear them. You don't know the office culture yet so dress ultra conservative to make a good impression.
