Sam Fisher can fall asleep at the drop of a hat. Anywhere. Anytime. My grandfather also was able to do this. I was wondering if this is something you anyone can learn to do or if it is something you have to be born with. Is there anyway I can learn to do this?

Are you talking about just being able to fall asleep quickly or are you talking about narcolepsy?

If it's the first, I think that some people are really just able to relax quicker and fall asleep faster than others.

If it's the second, it's a medical condition that cannot be controlled. Here is a link with all the info:

different factors affect sleep such as medications, exercise, food, etc. I fall asleep very easily and always have and my friend's mother said that means that I have no conscience. I took this to mean that I have nothing bad on my conscience so I like her explanation.
