First of all, a Trailblazer is not a big vehicle and it's turning radius is pretty small so backing into a parking space should be pretty easy. Get used to your mirror position and you'll be fine. Try backing my truck and you'll have some problems. I drive a 2001 C3500 1 ton dually. Your Trailblazer can turn 3 times inside my turning radius.

guess it depends on the person because i went from a neon to a mercury to a grand am. have driven a trailblazer to wisconsin and parked it. i didnt find it difficult to do but it also depends on how long you've been driving small cars. i've driven all types of cars since i was 16.

I would guess that I'm not to bad at parking but I would rather walk a little farther than try to squeeze into a small parking spot.

The key is to be as close to the car ahead of the space & to be a little a head of it. Back up & start to turn into the parking spot when the rear of you car is just past the end of the other car.

Back up at a slight angle untill your left rear fender is in line with (Looking in your left outside mirror)the right fender of the back car. Watching your right front fender &
the ahead cars left rear fender start your turn. Keep checking both front & rear.

If you have done it right just turn your wheels a little to the right & pull ahead a little.

Now was't that easy?

If not, just go to places where you don't have to parallel park.

bigger is not necessarily better. gas prices should be considered. the only way to change from small car to monster, is to practice practice practice.
