If you feel like it is a panic situation it may be because of an anxiety problem. Just because you don't know why you are crying does not mean it is for no reason. A counselor can help you figure out the source. This has happened to me and I know how hard and frightening it can be.
A thing to try is breathing deeply and starting at your fingers and toes, relax your body and keep relaxing it section by section until you relax your chest. It helps me and hopefully can help you too.

Are you due on within the next week? That's the most likely explanation.
If not, then maybe day to day stresses are starting to build up. Take a breather, and spend some time pampering yourself.

AAAWWWHHH Shame , yes that happen's to me. That is when i listen to my old cd's with songs like "This could be Heaven", by Queen etc , then i cry and cry and sob and cry , my poor dog just looks at me and then finally i have finished crying i feel sort-off relieved and like all my problems have gone but off-course they have not. So go ahead and have a good old cry, good for the soul i was always told.:))

I cry all the time, and sometimes when I cry and cry i think whats the point in it, there just worthless tears, they dont mean anything. I realise that people are around me and if they see me, they will not be able to help me. And I just catn sit and cry.

Do you cry often? Sometimes, you just get upset, but you hold your head high and fight the tears back. Sometimes it just all surfaces when you relax. Either cry more often, or take the advice in the other answers.

SOMETIMES,it is so happened that we feel miserable and helpless to justify the matter.
surrounding become so hostile that it is better to be quite and cry to get your fear and sorrow out in the form of tears.
right!
thanks!
