What ever makes them happy. If the boss does not care, no one else should.

It all depends where you work, If you spend long hours standing up at work, pumps may be a little uncomfortable, so try and keep extra pair of flats. When it comes to skirt, as long as it's knee length I don't see a problem. Careful with pencil skirts, you really have to have nice figure for it.

Here in my city and the surrounding areas they do it already. I don't mind it, it depends upon whatever that person likes to wear and as long as it's not flowery or flashy and the length is around the knees who cares ? I really don't get why a man in a skirt is a problem...it's not a problem to the thousands of people who see me every day

I think if he were to wear a denim skirt at knee length it would be fine as long as he shaves his legs and wears hose. I don't really care for pumps, but say black wedges even with straps are fine. Again the idea is to blend in with those around you not to stand out like a sore thumb. In certain parts of the state men do it for comfort and health reasons and no one seems to mind. And that's where I fit in, I'm a male and I wear skirts often out in public and no one stops me, no one doubletakes or comments or takes pictures, etc. Everybody just seems to mind their own business and move on...I do get compliments all the time -- "Damn, your legs are sexy in a skirt !!!" and "I'm jealous, your legs look better than any woman's legs I have ever seen !!!" and I'm an older male. Finally, in church the minister actually changed his sermon and talked about accepting other people and specifically singled me out in front about about 400 people...he told them and we all learned that day about some of the great minds in U.S. history and the fact they were crossdressers, LGBT and people from unusual walks of life and that the whole point of the bible was acceptance of others as they are...afterwards we all had dinner together and I had so many people come up to me and introduce themselves it was amazing...after months of being with them I fit in perfectly and high schoolers and college males that attend wear denim skirts as well now.

The thing is what think is your gender. Who you love is your orientation. But, most important of all is who your self expression. That is has value to it. That is what helps other people open up and become more human to you and others. If we teach our children to view each other as gender neutral as they do in Japan at an early age, say 1st grade the very first day of school like they do, gender identity and LGBT discrimination would disappear overnight, because it would simply be unacceptable -- as it is in Japan -- to not accept anyone because of the way they look. In Japan, they ostracize ANYONE who shows bias and it has led to an ecomonic revitalization and made them a POWERHOUSE of a nation economically. A country the size of California dominates global commerce and they know it and show it, by hiring LGBT and crossdressers first, because they know thinking differently gives them a distinct business advantage and it is financially unbeatable...

If Republicans only knew, they would change their bias toward LGBT and crossdressers, because by being biased against them they're shooting themselves in the foot economically and wasting time and money enforcing laws that seek to limit others not like them...

The world is changing...change with it or your kids will be left behind...

Why would a man do that? Unless the man is planning on beginning to live his life as a woman, leave the cross-dressing to the gay bar. It also might get the man fired (of course it wouldn't be for that reason...but you know how ppl can find a reason if they look for it hard enough) or at least make him a lot less respects.
I really don't think it would be a good idea if the man wants to keep his job.

Ive seen many homosexual men use bags, and womens boots, clothing etc. Skirts and pumps would push it and is extremely risky and vulnerable to criticism... Itll look odd and as supportive I am on homosexuality i still understand that there is a border

Since we have dress codes at work, it probably will not be permitted. However, if there were no dress codes, my first reaction would be to laugh but since the novelty will wear off eventually, I think as long as there is no indecent exposure, it'd be fine with me.
