Boss is rude, tight-fisted, inconsiderate - gives Xmas gifts to some but not all employees, same with pay rises. Does not listen or act on any complaints staff may have. In fact, the list goes on and on!

"unappropiate" or "irrelevant"? i will agree that is unusual habit for an agency. Has every person suggested some thing to him? do you want to understand the truth? you've a call, you may say some thing to him, search for yet another interest, attempt to list him for attack, etc... What it fairly comes right down to is that that is his agency! once you're unhappy there i'd propose to search for yet another interest, fantastically in case you had a communique with him and he maintains to do it. shall we only say you keen to "list" him or make some variety of case, your tenure operating there is over! How does that fix your difficulty? this isn't some huge agency the position you may run to HR. This Vet is the CEO, Board of administrators, etc.. all rolled into one! This habit is fairly agitating you. then you truthfully want to confront him, instantaneous. you may be stop affected individual, possibly a diverse individual with actually "take his hand off" or damage it. i'm not suggesting you try this. There quite some techniques that would deliver the message back loud and sparkling!

Horrible in what way? Controlling? Bad tempered? Before you can find out how to deal with it, you'll need to identify what it is exactly that you don't like abut your boss.
