I am senior who goes to high school. Is the deadline for registering
Dec.2 exam over?

because I know most of the colleges that I want to go to; their
college application deadline is on Jan. 1st.

I want to apply to U.C sandiego, Cornell, stanford, and U.Penn
and my major will be math, engineering, and philosophy.

If I send my application package later than Jan 1st, will they still
accept it? any chance?

oh and about the college transfering... when you are a freshman, to transfer to other college, Do they require SAT? so what do they require? and How can I check it?

Do not send your applications in late.

Even if you do take the SATs on December 2, you won't get your results until well after January 1st. The colleges know this, and will accept your SAT results late (if you've already sent everything else in on time).

Call the admissions department at the schools you are interested in to find out their requirements for SATs for transfer students. My guess is they still require the SAT for transfers, but that's just a guess. But you wouldn't have to take it over again if you've already taken it in high school.

It is doubtful that your application will get serious consideration if you send it in late. These schools already get tens of thousands of applciants, they may not want to deal with people who can't meet a clear deadline.

That said, the deadline is for your application not for supporting materials per se. If the school doesn't get around to checking applications until later then you should be fine.

I supsect many schools do require SAT scores from transfers, but for sure their Web sites will have this information.

If you're looking at this type of high caliber school, I am finding it almost impossible to believe that you're so disorganized that you: 1) haven't taken your SATs yet, 2) aren't well on your way to completing your applications to MEET the deadlines, etc. These schools require SAT Subject Tests, as well. Have you taken any of those?

Re: transferring, I don't know specifically, but my guess is that they'll want your high school transcript, test info as well as your initial college transcript.
