When you go shopping and you are ready to check out and the two people at the register are just chatting away and they see you but they keep talking? It drives me insane!

lol, very true. Yes it does drive me nuts, and every time that happens to me , I do say to them: it is very nice you both have something in common, unfortunately I am not here to hear your stories, so if you want to continue please do after I check out my S..T. , have a lovely evening.
they do not like it, but it cuts the crap ,and I get out of there very quickly.

YES! That is the rudest and most pitiful customer service displayed and I can't stand it. It's as if you are not the customer paying part of their wages...you're just bothering them because they are really at work to have fun. So many instances of this come up at retail outlets and it bugs me!

yes it's frustrating and also when you are being serve and the cashier is talking with someone else about her date the night before, where is the customer service???
