Either your pump has gone bad or you could have something stuck in the pump. It's an easy do it yourself fix.
1st find a way to remove all the water from the washer tub
2nd unplug your machine, you don't want to work on it while there power.
3rd remove the shell of the washer
4th find the pump, it a piece of plastic with hoses connected to it.
5th remove the clamps holding the hoses to the pump
6th there will still be some water that will come out of the pump, so be ready.
7th once you remove the clamps and hoses, you should be able to see if something has jammed the pump. If there is nothing jamming the pump. You will need to get a new pump.

From personal knowledge of m/c repairs.
Try the following:
Empty the user serviceable filter see handbook for where and how, but normally on the front of the m/c.
Take the back off of the m/c.
Turn m/c on to empty mode to see if pump rotates.
If pump rotates is any water coming out of drain pipe.
If pump runs but no water is being pumped out switch off and unplug m/c
Feel along all rubber hoses and try to locate blockage.
you should be able to find blockage, or any kinks in the pipes.
m/c = machine

THE FILTER IS JAMMED.
you can usually access it at the bottom front at the left side (no mater it is always down). If it is just full of dirt you can clean it but if it is not then the pump is dead (it is in the same place). You also have an extra pipe do drain the watter from the machine inside. It is safer to do it from here.

Probably either the pump is stuffed or blocked. Call a washing machine repairer.
