I've heard not to long ago that she wants costudy and Kevin thinks that Britney isn't a good mom.

It's going to be a nasty divorce for them and a juicy one for us. Even though Spears seems to be a "horrible mother", I think that new parents find it difficult to handle a baby. Everybody makes mistakes. Federaline said that Spears isn't a good mother, but that's his word against hers. At least Spears has been out in public with her kids. He hasn't. I feel very sad for the kids. It has to be hell for them :(

No one can say if Britney is a good mom or not. Her baby. fell from a high chair. IT BROKE.These things happen. Baby almost falls out of her arms when she trips. Who hasnt had that almost happen who is a mother? I DO NOT agree with her having her baby in the front seat with her but having the baby foward facing in car seat is not a crime because he weighed enough. If you had a camera watching you be a a young mother 24/7 I am sure they would catch things too. I do not like her much but I do think it is unfair how people say she is a bad mom. and Kevin only wants the kids for the CUSTODY CHECK. he doesnt even see his other two kids

Yes, they are going through a divorce. I'm not sure how "nasty" it is.. but Britney is trying to get custody of the children... and most likely she will. She is not a bad mother b/c the only things that the tabliods put in the magazines are the bad pictures.. they don't take pictures of her spending quality time with her children... they're just trying to make controversy. It is horrible how popparazi tries to ruin celebrities lives. Britney is just a *learning young mother* Kevin I believe was in love with her but didn't realize what he had till it was gone.

dont know them personally. but it has always looked like Kevin was in it for fame from the get go.Get real!! He's like the Vanilla Ice of our age. And how big of a joke was that guy?? Dont know if shes a good mom or not, but he has a history of leaving women after they have 2 kids.. He needs to get snipped. Havent heard his music, but cant assume that he's anything great. If he was he's\d do it on his own... Britney..you go girl..I'm single mom of 2 boys...both musicians.... U can make it. You have more money than i will ever have... Just love those boys like they are the last thing on the planet!!

I don't know. I do not know Britney Spears personally, but I was I to judge I would evaluate very well Britney's character and personality. I don't know if she has the required maturity to be a mother, in public at least, she hasn't showed she does.

Well, I'm not in their living room, of course, so I don't really know what's going on and neither do most people.
She looks like a reasonably good mother to me. She's certainly a smart girl (I would've gone nuts with that kind of fame at that age and I'm honestly glad it didn't happen to me). Kevin looks like a leech to me. But then again, I don't really know these people, only what I see in the tabloid press.

Well I believe Britney should go to a shrink.
And the kids are better off with her than with K-Fed.He's just around for the money $$$$$

We have no way of knowing, since none of us know Ms. Spears personally. I'm sure she's no better or worse than most other mothers.
Also, I'm sure it can't be easy for her to have her every parenting move scrutinized and picked apart. She is just a new mom, like everyone else is when they first have children.

Let's see: her kids "falls" out of the high chair and gets a head injury; she doesn't secure him correctly in the carseat; she nearly drops him while WALKING & carrying a drink. (Looked like she was more concerned about spilling the drink than her kid).
She needs parenting classes and that is no joke. It should be mandatory if she wants custody.
