When i retired i started to build an archery club from nothing on an entirely new principle , dumping the way they have been run for the last 50 years , that club is now the biggest and one of the most successful clubs in the country and getting bigger every week . Why did i do it because my sport of archery has been ignored by all sport associations and the Media for to long and its about time an Olympic sport was recognised for the skill and hard work that it entails, i might add that i had a lot help but i am the driving force behind it

I'm proud that I'm still standing

It's been an awful year that started with one of my team members dieing, went on to me realising that there was no future in my job so I had to resign, and shortly after both of these things my partner walked out after eleven years.

Eight months later 'still standing' is as good as it gets. But at least I am.

My children, the fact that they are responsible decent humans, the fact that they respect others .
I am proud of myself that i am a good gardener, chief chef and bottle-washer that whatever i do i do well and that i am not lazy at all.
The fact that i can forgive people and try my best never to hold grudges and i have a good sense of humour. Helllll sounds like i am advertising in a lonely hearts club mag.:)))

Being a published author. I don't want to act big headed but I'm really grateful and maybe slightly proud of how far I have come today in this world. I will leave the 75% of the proud bit to family and friends.

During their years in growing up , apart from the usual mischief and pranks that boys get up to ,they never brought any trouble home to me, in saying that, I was very strict .with them
