It is a very important thing, always having a line of communication with your partner is one of the keys to making the relatinship work. It is also important to be friends as well as lovers in order to make things in the relationship good. If you and your wife can sit and laugh and smile at one another all the time then you have established a great friendship as well as a line of communication. So those are very important aspects of the relationship, but so is chemistry and other things.

Talking, laughing, eating and sleeping together all create bonds that tie you to each other so they are all important. However, it is talk that keeps the channels open so that when difficult times come along, the lines of communication are already there and that will help resolve any problems. Laughing together, too, and sharing little private jokes and intimacies help you present a united face against the trials of the world So yes, a successful relationship can be measured by the ability to talk and laugh together.

You bet it is, that is one of the most important keys in any relationship between couples, communication and making each other happy. And also throw in the affection EVERY chance you get. That goes a longgggg way as well, the hugging and kissing..You are on the road to a very healthy relationship to say the least.

Yes it is true basically communication is vital, but in order to communicate threre should be a media that is language. So they have to have a common language. Guess,when a chicken tries to talk to an eagle, that is how we are most of us, even if both have wings doesn't mean that both can fly at the same altitude. So in order to communicate truly there should be a foundation for that; for me that is trust and open and trasparent relationship which certainly bring the communication!

Communicating is important in any relationship and if u can make each other smile and it all comes natural, it can't be that bad. Though in some situations its better to keep quiet.

Yes, this is very important. I would say THE most important. As long as you have a connection things will be good and obviously talking and laughing establish that.

The number one thing in any relationship is communication. You must be able to talk to each other and express concerns or issues. You must have the "esp" to know what the other is thinking just by looking at them. Sharing fun as well as difficulties makes it even better.
