Maelyanna (May Lee Ana) Jaelin (Jay Lynn) Henderson

Henderson is my boyfriends last name & we are planning on getting married lol. And the baby will be half black but i dont want any ghetto names for my kid lol.
Just want know how everyone else likes it & if it has that flow ;)

well i only did that so that it didnt confuse anybody..my name is Shaniel...how do you think you pronounce that?...not like its spelled...Shanell....& my boyfriends name is Jalil...which shouldnt be too hard to pronounce but my mom still calls him Ja-loul...which is SO annoying

I was thinking of nicknaming her Mae..since that is part of my moms name & the reason I am using it. Eden-Mae...my mom only goes by Eden though. & I dont want to name anything like Maningning which is my mothers REAL first name but it means bright shining star (I'm a big mix mostly filippino & that is why the name is so mixed its not ghetto its asian lol)

I think it is just beautiful and does not sound like a ghetto name at all. Great job mom-to-be. Can't get away from Henderson though... lol... Don't forget to raise it so it knows both it's cultures, I think no matter what the name it needs to know what both parents backgrounds are to be a well rounded little one. Not, too much ghetto though lol...

I think those flow very well together. I especially like Jaelin. My name is JamiLyn and I always liked the capital "L" in the middle. Maybe you could spell it JaeLin. But it is beautiful which ever way you decide. Maelyanna is also a good name, you could capitalize that one too MaeLyanna or MaelyAnna. Good Luck and Congradulations!

I think they are both very pretty names, especially Maelyanna. But you know that some people will mis-pronounce it all of her life. But you know how that is since people mis-pronounce your name. I named my oldest daughter Marilee & you wouldn't believe all the ways that it has been mis-pronounced. By the way, it's MaryLee; not Marriley or Marley!

That's a really pretty name, but it is a mouthful... if you name your daughter that, are you going to call her by that name every time, or are you going to end up shortening it (like a nickname?) If you think you're going to end up shortening it, why don't you just name her that in the first place and save a little confusion...

Jaelin is nice. Maelyanna is kind of complicated and sounds like Pollyanna.

I like Jaelin; but the other is way too complicated. What are their meanings?
