Never heard of that specific term. There are allegedly some micro-pigs on the market and the term may be someone's original name for the same type of pig.

If you track the term down to a breeder and the pig is advertised to be a tiny potbellied pig, don't believe it. There are also Pennywell miniatures- a cross between some type of farm pig and a New Zealand pygmy breed- that are advertised to grow to the size of a lapdog (whatever that means). Those breeders are working towards a pocket-sized pig, but I don't know of any success stories yet. Just a lot scams.
