Filibuster laws are necessary no matter which party or majority/minority one lands on. Dems nor Reps make laws solely to help themselves and hurt others. At least hopefully all our politicians are working to do what is best for this nation

If you'd care to go back and read some actual news from the time, you'll notice that the Republicans in Congress never opposed fillibusters. What they opposed was fillibustering judicial nominees, because it had never been done before. In history. Not once. Of course, most people simply accepted what they were told and never bothered to sort that fact out.

Stupid liberals. Stop listening to the liberal media. Republican were for filibustering. Democrats just wanted to limit filibusters so they could waste the taxpayers money and promote anti-Christianity.

Let's hope they play dirty, to save this country.
Republicans can't stay ladies & gentlemen and stop the commies. They have to play rough.
They don't have to lie and cheat like the Democrats. But they have to get tough.

I Know.
We will see.
They were vocal and vicious against this "unconstitutional" practice.
Lets see if they hold true to their words for once.
