In a real weight loss sense, you can't. There is no way to get a naturally flat stomach in a week. However, there are things in the hosery department of stores (like Target) that will make you appear 10 lbs lighter and flatten your tummy. They go on like hose, and sit on your stomach and thighs. It's called a Body Shaper.

First, it would wreak havoc on your body to attempt any weight loss program to try to lost that in one week. And, you need your water weight, as 75% of your body is water. Short-term I suggest a body shaper, try Macy's or JCPenney's. Long-term, you need to work on some crunches for your core. Pilates is also a good choice. Statistics do say that people with middle belly fat have a higher percentage of getting diabetes. Also, cut down on some carbs, less potatoes, mac and cheese and rice. Rule of thumb your carbs serving should be the size of your fist. Meat the size of your palm. Eat more fruit and vegetables as well.

i'd go with the body shaper also--getting in shape isn't as easy as doing crunches for a week.

if you truly want a flat tummy, lifting weights and doing cardio is your best bet. first off, all models lift weights. this is going to boost your metabolism, which will help burn fat.

cardio will boost this process even more. my husband is a personal trainer--since we got married in january i've lost about 15 lbs and am down to a size 8.

eating the right foods is also very very important. look at the nutrition label. eat foods that fuel your body. if it is not helping you, it is hurting you! drink lots of water. it's just a mater of discipline and desire.

In a week its not going to happen. Your best option is to get a body slimer/shaper. they make the kind that doesn't leave lines. If you want to have a flat stomach do lots of ab work and run.

anything up to and including a girdle. for heavens sake don't get rid of that small round belly. for me it is sensually as much a turn-on as any other part of the body. if I want bones, I'd go to the graveyard I'm afraid. there are clothing products to give u the look you want in the dresses you mention. go with them and leave your body alone.

Try a body shaper. I bet you're the only one who thinks your little round belly is a problem though.

in real life it take longer than one week to get rid of some tummy chubbies. try wearing something like control top panty hose or something. i saw these things called spanks hosiery. i heard that they can take at least one dress size off. give it a shot.

Try taking water pills or anything that will help reduce your body's water content. It's not considered health but then again anything quick is never healthy
