On the main stellar sequence they would be Red Giants, helium burning stars.

The answer is rectangular and made of cellulose. You should have one. If you don't, learn to Google. Type "H He core main" into Google or Yahoo and see what comes up. I didn't even need to open a document, it just shows up in one of the previews!

on the main sequence. This refers to the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram, or H-R Diagram for short. This diagram relates a star's temperature to its luminosity.
