Any impersonating abuse will be strictly treated . It will cause permanent suspension to his Yahoo! Yahoo! has a 0% tolerance policy for impersonating abuse .

Don't be silly. Impersonation is only a crime if someone impersonates another in order to defraud, or facilitates the commission of a criminal act.
The impersonation has to be that of a real identity, causing others to believe the impersonator to be the person whom they intend to communicate with.
Internet nicknames do not fall under this category.
Impersonation of a nickname may be against the rules of a chatroom, message board etc, like Yahoo Answers, but in no way criminal.
Moreover, the style Juventina or Juventino is not exclusive to any one user.
Any female fan of Juventus Torino (or any club so named Juventus, like in Brazil), can call herself Juventina, just as any fan of Everton can call him or herself, Evertonian.
Furthermore, there is a question of jurisdiction. Who is going to enforce the Laws of Canada (where you reside) to a user who resides in say, the Bahamas?
Lawyers will always say you have a case. A good lawyer never rejects a paying client, no matter how flimsy her case/claims may be. They will impress you with legal terms but in the end, it's the court that has the final say.

One thing you could ask is that the hamsters(moderators) put a system up that only one name could be used at the same time. No two email are alike, why should we have two Juventina or two touzours for exemple, the system would say: "taken" ,choose another damn name.
