The other day I went to my office around 8 a.m. and went to sleep in my chair...didn't wake up 'til 11. Then I went to go get lunch, came back and took another nap 'til 2. I worked 2 hours yesterday, basically.

None, I am retired but when I was a working person. If I was in the office (which was very rare because I used to travel all the time) I used to nap once in a while around 2:45 PM. I would just shut my door and everyone knew not to come in my office for half an hour

You're pretty lucky you still have a job! If I did this, I would be fired! The only time I ever sleep at work is on ocassion during my lunch break - but even then, I take a nap in my car.

I wish I was able to take a nap at work, I don't even get a break, it doesn't matter if Im working 8 hours or pulling a 12...

None, because if I was sleeping, Im not working and if Im working, Im not sleeping. But i have slept about a total of 2 1/2 hours while I was at work.

I've slept during my lunch hour and also slept during mornings when we haven't had any patients in the office. One day, we locked the doors and all took a nap.

I had a power nap at work yesterday for about half an hour. Did'nt get caught though as i put the auto-pilot on.

when i used to party all night and sniff painkillers, i used to go to work every single day and lay on the bathroom floor and sleep for at least 45 minutes. my co workers used to get pissed.

i sleep during my lunch. 45 minutes .and then 45 minutes after that, when my bosses are at lunch!!(p.s. I work graveyards, so it's easy)

i cant take naps because when i close my eyes everything that i still have to do keeps me awake
