First you should take a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant before you panic. Athletic women goes months without having a period. Also you need to tell your boyfriend, so he could be of some assistance. Look for a pregnancy center and ask them to help you, all information that goes through them is confidential so your parents will not find out about it. If you are pregnant and you have loss the baby you need to go to the doctor because you can not keep the baby and all other toxic stuff inside your body because it can make you seriously sick and even death if you do not get it out. If your parents are abusive go to school and talk to your guidance counselor or someone you trust. You can not continue to ignore it because you are doing yourself and your baby harm and you need to get help right now to make sure your body stays healthy to continue being an athletic.

First of all, you do need to see a doctor. If you are pregnant, your body needs the attention of a professional. If you are not pregnant, then at least see the OBGYN to find out why you havent had a period since July. Something just isnt right. Why do you think you probably have already lost the baby? If you do think that then by all means, you should seek medical attention. The doctor should provide patient/doctor confidentiality. So..... if nothing else.. seek medical attention to see what is going on with your body. PS.. if you are pregnant, you wont be the first to have become pregnant as a teen and you wont be the last. PSS.. who cares what these 500 people think??? Its your life you are playing with and possibility the life of another human. If your parents are too abusive, then seek some sort of guidance for help. Good luck to you!!

Hey there. Don't lose hope for a start.
You have to find out if you actually are pregnant or not before you start worrying. Your town sounds small I agree, but is there a church with a priest, or a teacher you know or a Doctor that you could go who you talk to?
Failing all this, you need to go to a chemist's and get some sort of pregnancy test kit? Or is there a friend you could ask to get one for you if you are scared?
Knowing one way or another will make things easier for a start.
Next. If your parents are abusive then you need to do something about that. Go to the police. Or again talk to a teacher. What ever country you are in the authorities should take an interest.
Final thought. You obviously have access to the internet, try checking out some help sites on line? Child support lines or authorities that have annonymous help desks, that sort of thing.
Really hope things get better for you.
Good luck.

See a Doctor. IMMEDIATELY. Just because your really into sports and weight lifting doesn't mean that the child may have miscarried, there are only weight restrictions if you have a medical complication or towards the end of your pregnancy. You may not be pregnant there are some diseases that have symptoms like Pregnancy, Such as an Under-active Thyroid. Either way, you need to see a doctor.

what makes you think you lost the baby? first of all doctors will tell you that continue doing the active things that you have been doing. also more than likely if you lost it you would have known do to the fact that you would have been bleeding, and i mean alot. may i ask why you have not gotten a pregnancy test done? even if it is a small town there must be a family planning that will do one for free. and they are not allowed to tell your parents no matter how old you are. if you are and you say that your family is abusive, then you need to go directly to child services and tell them what is going on.

first try a home pregnancy test...it is not uncommon of athletes stopping their periods. I think that should be your first step..second you need to seek help from the abuse of your parents..go to a hospital and get checked out. Medical records are confidential. If you cant get to a hospital on your own, ask to go when you are at school...claim you have an emergency..and tell the hospital about the abuse and the pregnancy.

The firat thing you need to do is get a pregnancy test, there fairly cheap in a store, to see if you truly are pregnant, if and when you find out for sure, youneed to find someone to help you, you say your parents are abusive, there has to be someone in your town, who's an adult who you can trust, you can't do this alone, it's hard enough being a teenager, but pregnant, honey please try to find someone you can trust with this and ask them for help, people have a tendency to help during a crisis

Find a local crisis pregnancy center. Go to your yellow pages and look under pregnancy. Even in my small town there are two of them. They will give you emotional support, counseling, pregnancy tests, free baby items, and most of all you will have someone to talk to and help you make decisions. It must be hard to be alone and have nobody to confide in. Good luck.

you would know if you lost the baby. when you are very active in sports like you are, your period goes away. Olympians don't usually have periods, take a test
