I have used the whtie sculpy clay...but they come out of the oven looking pinkish. I tried to bake the clay at a shorter time to stay light colored but they are too breakable because they don't bake long enough....

What kind of clay will stay white after being baked or air dried?

You're probably using stonewear clay. Porcelain clay stays white before and after firing. Recycled white clay is grey before firing, but becomes white after firing.
Hope this helps =)

You are probably using original sculpey; it tends to get pink and even purple freckles in it after baking (original sculpey isn't pigmented). If you use Sculpey III or Premo! in the color white, it will be white after proper baking. I have recently tried the new Sculpey ultra light in white color and it is very bright and pure. Its also light weight, can be painted, carved, sanded etc... after baking. It bakes up hard as a rock and is not fragile. Remember to knead you polymer clays very well before sculpting. This helps the ingredients mix and leaves you with a more durable piece. I've added 2 links that I have found to be invaluable while working with polymer clays!
Happy Claying!!
