I think Razan is a neat name and you should play with her. Who cares if she stinks. May be she just has low self esteem. You should use the opportunity to do some good in the world.

I'm sorry that you don't have a choice whether you can play with her or not.
I think you should let your parents know that your cousin has a odor.
Depending on your cousins age you might be able to tell her but, you can't do anything about it if your cousin is a toddler or a baby. Unless, if you want to do something to help your cousin, you could help her to wash up if she is a toddler or a baby, then you can play and you know she won't smell.

Because you are cousins you should tell her that she smells but in a nice way, and then explain to her nicely what she does to get on your nerves and come up with a solution. Also you should not have called her name out she could read it and her feelings will get hurt. Think about it would you want anyone to hurt your feelings and wouldnt you want your cousin to tell you if you stunk.

Well how about asking like "hey lets try on some perfumes" something like that and that will get her to smell good. As for playing with her, well just tell her you want to watch a movie or something.

That sucks!
Get her to do/say something really bad and say that you will do it too.... but don't...
She will then try to get you to do it... you must record her on your mobile or similar and then play it to your folks..
Tell them that she is always trying to get you to do bad things..make some things up...even better if yu can blame her for something that you did!
They will think she is a bad influence and ban you from seeing her..
