the Lords prayer
or the kids prayer sticks in my brain
now we lay us down to sleep
i pray thee Lord our souls to keep
may Angels guard us through the night
& wake us with the morning light

I don't really say a certain prayer. I just talk to God about whatever I have on my mind. :)

When I remember I pray for the safety and health of the people I love and for God to help me overcome the ugly emotions - like envy, jealousy, anger and pride - that I have. And for the poor, hungry and dying in the world - for help and compassion for them.
