Omg!! Yes! I have done it several times. Talking about how you ran out of toilet paper and need to borrow some of theirs is a great conversation starter. Works for me. lmao

No, but last year I was at the AZ state fair and the lady in the stall next to me was talking on her cell phone while she was peeing. That is so stupid and rude. Doesn't she know people are trying to concentrate?

I have.
Sitting in a stall, completely failing to achieve the purpose of my visit.
Footsteps rushing in , the door in the next stall slamming, frantic noises of zippers and to cut a long story short some loud noises proving that he was achieving my own personal goal.
" I wish I was you, pal" I said.
"So do I" came the reply, " haven't got my pants off yet"

Yeah usually to ask for toilet roll but sometimes its full blown conversations. Yes i do it a lot i get bored easily.

no. but others have tried to start one with me and i just limit myself to one-word answers, cuz that's just wrong!
i think it's hilarious too when someone walks into a public restroom with their cell phone and the person on the other end of the line has the pleasure of listening to them do their thing.

well i knew her and we went together...nobody else was in there and as soon as someone came we shut up. Actually i heard someone have a conversation with themselves once....i tried so hard not to laugh my *** off
